<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></h3> <p>The Associate Director, Business Analytics — HCP &amp; DTC Client Solutions will support the leadership of analytics, measurement, and accountability initiatives for a major healthcare client across both HCP and DTC / patient media programs. This role is responsible for helping drive integrated campaign analytics, performance measurement, optimization, and insight generation across all channels and audience initiatives.</p> <p>The Associate Director will partner closely with Business Analytics leadership, Audience Intelligence, Data Science, Comms Design, Investment, and client teams to ensure analytics outputs are actionable, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. This role combines strong analytical thinking, client partnership, operational leadership, and strategic storytelling to help evolve analytics from descriptive reporting toward proactive decision support.</p> <p>The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare media ecosystems, omnichannel analytics, campaign measurement, and optimization frameworks across both HCP and DTC initiatives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-map="item-title"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <p>Client Analytics &amp; Strategic Support</p> <ul> <li>Support analytics leadership across HCP and DTC / patient initiatives for a major healthcare client</li> <li>Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, measurement priorities, and reporting needs</li> <li>Help lead analytics discussions focused on:</li> <ul> <li>campaign performance</li> <li>optimization opportunities</li> <li>audience insights</li> <li>actionable recommendations</li> </ul> <li>Support presentation of analytics findings and strategic insights to client teams</li> </ul> <p>Measurement Planning &amp; Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Support development and maintenance of integrated measurement plans across HCP and DTC campaigns</li> <li>Ensure alignment between:</li> <ul> <li>campaign goals</li> <li>KPIs</li> <li>audience strategies</li> <li>optimization frameworks</li> </ul> <li>Help operationalize measurement approaches spanning:</li> <ul> <li>endemic and non-endemic HCP media</li> <li>DTC media</li> <li>audience activation initiatives</li> <li>omnichannel engagement programs</li> </ul> <li>Support evolution from static reporting toward more integrated performance intelligence frameworks</li> </ul> <p>Analytics Delivery &amp; Workflow Management</p> <ul> <li>Help manage day-to-day analytics workflows and deliverables across the client business</li> <li>Oversee development of:</li> <ul> <li>dashboards</li> <li>campaign reporting</li> <li>analytical summaries</li> <li>optimization recommendations</li> <li>QBR materials</li> </ul> <li>Ensure analytical quality, consistency, and timeliness across deliverables</li> <li>Support operational processes that improve scalability and efficiency of analytics delivery</li> </ul> <p>Insight Generation &amp; Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Translate campaign and audience data into actionable insights and recommendations</li> <li>Identify opportunities for optimization across:</li> <ul> <li>channels</li> <li>tactics</li> <li>audiences</li> <li>media investments</li> </ul> <li>Partner with Audience Intelligence, Comms Design, Investment, and Data Science teams to help operationalize insights into activation strategies</li> <li>Support development of analytics frameworks that improve campaign performance and decision-making</li> </ul> <p>Advanced Analytics &amp; Measurement Support</p> <ul> <li>Stay informed on emerging measurement methodologies and healthcare analytics trends including:</li> <ul> <li>attribution</li> <li>audience quality measurement</li> <li>incrementality testing</li> <li>digital optimization</li> <li>omnichannel analytics</li> </ul> <li>Support POV development on analytics vendors, data providers, and measurement partners</li> <li>Assist with vendor evaluations, research initiatives, and measurement-related RFPs where appropriate</li> <li>Partner with Data Science and Audience Intelligence teams on advanced analytics initiatives</li> </ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with:</li> <ul> <li>Audience Strategy</li> <li>Data Science</li> <li>Data Management</li> <li>Comms Design</li> <li>Investment</li> <li>Client Solutions leadership</li> </ul> <li>Help ensure alignment between analytics outputs, media strategy, audience activation, and optimization initiatives</li> <li>Serve as a collaborative bridge across analytics and activation teams</li> </ul> <p data-map="item-title">&nbsp;</p> <p data-map="item-title"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p> <h3 data-map="item-title"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Required Skills &amp;
