About the role

  • Strategic Sales Development:
    • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential clients
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts and life sciences ecosystem partners
    • Understand clients’ business needs and challenges, positioning our solutions effectively to address them.
    • Become a trusted advisor for finance and clinical executives and highlight the value of our solutions.
    • Attend industry conferences and host regional and local events
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Present Condor’s solutions effectively, showcasing its capabilities in automating clinical accruals, forecasting, and scenario planning.
    • Prepare and negotiate complex sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive client success.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in Salesforce
    • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise sales or a related field, preferably in Lifesciences, biotech, pharma.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with senior-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
