Operating as a trusted advisor to the ELT and a key orchestrator of the enterprise transformation agenda, this leader aligns strategy, structure, processes, and capabilities — including AI-enabled ways of working — to accelerate value creation and strengthen SharkNinja’s global operating model.  This role requires exceptional systems thinking, executive influence, and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in throughput, cost, speed, and organizational effectiveness. The Senior Director drives transformation not only by solving problems, but by building durable mechanisms, mindsets, and operating rhythms that raise performance across the enterprise.  This role can be based out of Needham, MA or New York City, NY.  For Needham based candidates this role is hybrid 3x week onsite, and for NY based candidates this role is 3x onsite in Needham every other week (2x
