About the role
This is a #Hybrid role, working in the office 3 days a week.
You will lead high-impact analytics, space management, and category management teams across multiple client accounts—delivering data-driven insights that improve performance, drive efficiency, and generate measurable value.
Partner with senior leadership to manage client relationships while building the capabilities to evolve into a strategic client advisor.
What You’ll Do
- Client Partnership: Assist in the management of multiple clients-understanding client goals, supporting performance discussions, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Client Value Delivery: Ensure teams consistently deliver measurable value, including sales growth, improved processes, and enhanced decision-making support for clients
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams delivering space management, analytics, and category support across varying client needs
- Strategic Execution: Translate client and leadership priorities into clear team direction, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables
- Category & Space Expertise: Apply best practices in space management, assortment, and analytics to support fact-based decision making
- Operational Excellence: Improve processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Growth Support: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement in partnership with senior leaders
- Support the development and optimization of tools and solutions that support data analysis and decision-making
- Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing across teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1–3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and space management/category management practices
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leveraging data, tools, and insights to support business decisions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong CPG expertise with proficiency in industry tools of Blue Yonder, Circana, Nielsen, Power BI and Microsoft Office
- Proven leader who drives project execution, sets clear goals, and delivers measurable results
- Results-oriented with the ability to remove obstacles and keep teams on track
- Adaptable communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences
