From strong benefits and wellness programs to meaningful collaboration and team connection.&nbsp;</p> <p></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>We’re&nbsp;looking for an experienced&nbsp;senior&nbsp;person&nbsp;to&nbsp;help us build on&nbsp;our&nbsp;initial&nbsp;success&nbsp;with current partners and resellers. This role will include reshaping and creating a new partner GTM motion&nbsp;and maximizing&nbsp;partnerships' strategic and financial ROI.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;report&nbsp;directly&nbsp;to the&nbsp;Chief Revenue Officer&nbsp;and&nbsp;work&nbsp;closely with&nbsp;Sales,&nbsp;Marketing,&nbsp;and other teams.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is what you’ll be doing, day to day:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Identify&nbsp;and evaluate the effectiveness of partner opportunities to deliver positive ROI and strategic value to&nbsp;Netcraft</li> <li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executives and sales teams in partner/reseller organizations to secure new business while ensuring we provide the best experience to our partners, resellers, and end customers</li> <li>Form new partner engagements across prioritized entities while including the key stakeholders internally at Netcraft</li> <li>Leverage our current CRM (Salesforce) to document all partner activities, opportunities, and other information</li> <li>Be a primary point of contact and a critical internal advocate within Netcraft on the partners' behalf</li> <li>Drive impact with scalable, repeatable processes and programs that deliver against Netcraft’s growth goals</li> <li>Provide feedback and ideas on decreasing the sales cycle, enhancing sales, and improving the company brand and reputation.</li> </ul> <p>The reward package:&nbsp;</p> <p>We like to look after our people well, so your compensation will include:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Highly attractive base salary and bonus scheme, based on performance against defined targets, reviewed annually</li> <li>Equity tracking scheme so you can share in&nbsp;Netcraft’s&nbsp;long-term success (eligibility criteria apply)</li> <li>Generous private health cover with 10+ plan choices</li> <li>401(k) Safe Harbor Plan, with employer-matched contributions up to 4%</li> <li>Flexible and hybrid working options</li> <li>33 days’ vacation per year (incl. public holidays), rising to 37 days per year with length of service</li> <li>Paid sick leave up to 12 weeks per year, plus separate paid compassionate leave if needed</li> <li>Enhanced&nbsp;paid&nbsp;family leave entitlements, incl. 52 weeks maternity/adoption leave and&nbsp;four&nbsp;weeks&nbsp;paternity leave</li> <li>Two days paid Volunteering Days per year</li> <li>Regular company social events throughout the year</li> <li>Inclusive culture and environment, where&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;feel genuinely valued and supported.</li> </ul> <p>What you’ll need to be successful:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>3+ years in partnerships, business development, or consulting with experience in complex business-to-business environments</li> <li>A successful track record of developing and growing partnerships</li> <li>Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and key players in the competitive landscape</li> <li>Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions – demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcomes</li> <li>Strong project management capabilities – doing the right projects at the right time and producing positive outcome</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><strong>Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This is deeply important to us.
