The Director of Commercial Technology & CRM will lead strategic and operational initiatives across CareDx’s Commercial organization to ensure optimal field performance and alignment with corporate objectives. This leader will define and execute the long‐term systems vision that supports our commercial roadmap. As the business owner of Salesforce, this role provides leadership for critical commercial technology projects with a focus on CRM platform architecture, development standards, systems integrations and data management. This person will lead the development and implementation of a fully integrated commercial enablement technology stack and work with business owners to translate needs into clear business requirements and prioritize commercial needs for IT projects. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, is data-driven, highly fluent in latest commercial enablement technology options and a strong track record of cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities Commercial Systems & Analytics <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as business owner of Salesforce and project leader for a highly visible, cross-functional project to assess our current commercial enablement technology stack, design and build a fully integrated and scalable technology ecosystem that can best enable field sales, key customer team, customer/patient experience team and marketing.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and own the multi‐year systems roadmap for Commercial Operations, with Salesforce as the central platform, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and long‐term growth.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and implement a robust and scalable Master Data Management and data governance program to support current and future organization.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive the strategic direction of commercial systems by identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, usability, and business value.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute strategies to optimize field facing systems to maximize sales force effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and system enhancements that drive measurable commercial impact.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate on and implement data governance standards and ensure data quality across commercial systems.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT to align system capabilities with business strategy and evolving market needs.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate emerging technologies and integrations that enhance commercial effectiveness in a diagnostics environment, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.</li> </ul> Reporting & Performance Management <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop tools and dashboards for real-time performance tracking and reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, and dissemination of field sales reports.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor department performance against KPIs and highlight areas of improvement.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Align Salesforce data structures with enterprise data and analytics strategy.</li> </ul> Operational Excellence <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and manage a high‐performing Sales Ops Systems team, including admins, analysts, and technical partners.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish best‐in‐class processes for change management, release management, and user enablement.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline commercial processes and enhance user experience.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with training and end user audiences to create and drive utilizations of systems and reports to improve customer engagement and execution against our corporate objectives.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead end‐to‐end implementation of new commercial systems and enhancements, ensuring on‐time delivery, cross‐functional alignment, and successful rollout.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish best-in-class change management, release management, and user enablement processes.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Other responsibilities as assigned.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree required</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Systems, or related functions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience supporting field teams.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep expertise in Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and administration.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of transplant medicine, diagnostic workflows, and healthcare provider dynamics.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to build and scale commercial systems that support complex product portfolios and field organizations.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success driving cross‐functional initiatives and delivering measurable operational improvements.</li> </ul> Preferred Attributes <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in post-transplant diagnostics or related therapeutic areas (e.g., nephrology, rare disease, immunology, cardiology, pulmonology, hematology).</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about improving patient care through education.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Certification in Salesforce Administration, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
