The customer proof is extraordinary, the product point of view is sharp, and the category is exploding - Gartner launches a new, second Magic Quadrant for AI-&nbsp;Search soon. What's missing is an owner to pull it together into a narrative our&nbsp;market can't ignore.</p> <p>We're putting real money behind it. We’ve just hired tier 1 PR agencies in the US and Canada - and that's only the start. Prove the model in North America, and the plan is to fund the same effort in other geographies. This is a chance to build a&nbsp;global communications function from the ground up, with the investment and executive support to do it.&nbsp;</p> <p>That's this role. You'll decide what Coveo says to the world, where it says it, and&nbsp;how it sounds - and make sure the right buyers and media hear it.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>As our Senior Director, Communications &amp; Brand Narrative, you'll own:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The narrative.</strong> Shape a differentiated story connecting our product vision, the market shift, and what our customers achieve - and make it land with&nbsp;enterprise buyers.</li> <li><strong>A global function, built in stages. </strong>Deploy the US and Canada agency&nbsp;budget now, prove what works, then expand into Europe and Australia.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Getting us on the map.</strong> Build the earned-media engine from the ground up&nbsp;- top-tier business and tech press, podcasts, and the channels where our<br>buyers pay attention - and lead the agency partnerships that scale it</li> <li><strong>Customer storytelling.</strong> Turn our marquee customers into compelling,&nbsp;repeatable proof points - not buried case studies, but stories people&nbsp;remember.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Social and brand voice.</strong> Own our social presence and give Coveo a voice&nbsp;that's confident, credible, and worth following.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional narrative leadership.</strong> Align marketing, product, and&nbsp;sales behind one story - and arm our executives to tell it well.</li> <li><strong>The big moments. </strong>Drive integrated communications around product&nbsp;launches, Gartner MQs, partnerships, and major announcements.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Are genuinely curious about AI and excited to explain how it's reshaping&nbsp;the enterprise.</li> <li>Are a creative storyteller who can translate complex technology into a&nbsp;narrative people care about.</li> <li>Have built communications programs - you're energized by a blank canvas,&nbsp;not waiting for a playbook to inherit.</li> <li>Work fluidly across product, sales, and marketing rather than operating in&nbsp;a “PR” silo.</li> <li>Can balance strategy with execution - you'll set the vision and get the&nbsp;placements.</li> <li>Bring deep experience in enterprise B2B technology or SaaS&nbsp;communications, and know how to direct agencies and budget toward real<br>outcomes - not just brief them.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What would make you stand out:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A track record of taking a strong-but-underexposed company and&nbsp;meaningfully raising its profile.</li> <li>Experience launching narratives in emerging or fast-defining categories.</li> <li>Comfort coaching C-level executives and building thought-leadership&nbsp;platforms.</li> <li>Range across earned, social, and paid - with an instinct for where attention&nbsp;is moving next.</li> <li>You move fast - you know trying new things means failing, and you're fine&nbsp;failing quickly because that's how we get better.</li> </ul> <p>Do you think you can bring this role to life?
