<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Role</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"><br></span><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Debt Advisory team, with a strong focus on the DACH region and Germany in particular. In this role, you will not only be a key driver of transaction execution but also play an instrumental role in establishing and growing our German presence, including contributing to building a local team and network.</span> <span data-contrast="auto">As an Associate Director, you will take a leading role in deal teams, working closely with senior dealmakers and clients. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day deal execution, guiding junior team members, and contributing to both client delivery and business development initiatives</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> .<br></span><span data-contrast="auto">You will be involved in all phases of transactions, including origination, structuring, due diligence, negotiation and closing.
