<p><strong>DIRECTOR, DEMAND GENERATION — CPI SECURITY</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the&nbsp;Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Director, Demand Generation will lead strategic demand generation, lead nurture, and sales enablement programs for CPI Security. This role is responsible for driving marketing-qualified leads and supporting significant revenue growth by partnering with sales, product, and content teams. The Director will also oversee a team member dedicated to&nbsp;lifecycle and retention journeys, with a strong emphasis on leveraging&nbsp;Salesforce Marketing Cloud&nbsp;for personalized customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security and smart home industry, capable of developing insightful, data-driven campaigns for both residential and commercial segments.</p> <p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility</strong></p> <p><strong>Demand Generation Campaigns</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound campaigns (digital content, paid media, SEO/SEM, direct response) to generate qualified leads for CPI Security's solutions.</li> <li>Partner with brand, product marketing, and content teams to create compelling messaging and creative that connects buyer challenges with CPI's unique offerings.</li> <li>Manage agency relationships and track campaign performance to optimize lead quality and conversion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nurture &amp; Sales Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement lead nurture strategies to move prospects through the buyer's journey from awareness to Marketing Qualified Lead.</li> <li>Oversee a team member focused on developing and optimizing lifecycle and retention journeys, with a particular emphasis on maximizing engagement and value through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li> <li>Develop sales enablement materials and tools that support sales teams in converting leads and appointments, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and business challenges.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales and marketing operations to analyze lead performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate program activities, results, and insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Stay abreast of security and smart home industry trends and competitive landscape.</li> <li>Manage marketing budget and agency relationships.</li> <li>Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>8-10 years&nbsp;progressive experience in B2C and B2B demand generation, acquisition, and nurture, preferably in home security, smart home, or home services.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree required</li> <li>Deep knowledge of the&nbsp;residential and commercial security industry.</li> <li>Proven track record in creating and executing innovative digital customer acquisition programs focused on revenue growth.</li> <li>Experience with direct mail campaigns, marketing automation platforms (especially&nbsp;Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM systems.</li> <li>Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.</li> </ul>
