At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work. </div>  <h3>What You'll Do</h3> We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Director / Senior Director of Commercial Analytics & Insights to join our growing commercial team. This is a high-impact role responsible for planning and executing core analytics functions, including data and sales analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research. The Senior Director will serve as the functional lead for all Commercial Analytics & Insights activities supporting an in-line rare disease therapeutics, guiding a team of analytics and insights professionals.  The role is centered on enhancing reporting infrastructure, surfacing performance signals in real time, and partnering with commercial leadership to drive data-informed decisions that maximize patient research and commercial sustainability. Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Analytics <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Shape and execute an integrated analytics strategy that drives optimization of a quickly growing, commercially successful in-line product.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Improve and maintain an integrated commercial reporting infrastructure — including dashboards, automated data pipelines, and standardized reporting cadences — that gives leadership a clear, current view of in-line performance.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Conduct deep-dive analyses of prescription trends, patient flow, HCP engagement, and payer dynamics to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Monitor and interpret the KPI framework —tracking new patient starts, prescription trends, patient persistence, adherence, and field call activity— producing weekly and monthly reporting packages for senior leadership and the CCO.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Influence the sales analytics function to support field force performance reporting, territory-level diagnostics, ROI analyses on promotional spend, and data inputs for incentive compensation design and evaluation.</li> </ul> 2. Forecasting <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain and continuously refine patient-based forecast models, incorporating real-world performance data, updated epidemiology, evolving access dynamics, and competitive developments to produce accurate near- and long-term projections.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Partner with Finance and Supply Chain on demand planning, inventory management, and operating plans, providing analytically grounded volume forecasts that drive resource allocation decisions.</li> </ul> 3. Competitive Intelligence <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain a fit-for-purpose competitive intelligence capability with a focus on tracking real-world competitive dynamics, line-of-therapy behavior, and share-of-market trends as the competitive landscape matures.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Monitor and synthesize competitor activities —including clinical updates, regulatory developments, commercial execution, and payer contracting— translating findings into implications for brand strategy and field messaging.</li> </ul> 4. Market Research <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Identify business questions to be addressed by primary market research, and guide the design of research with physicians, patients, and caregivers in the rare disease space.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Generate ongoing insights into evolving treatment paradigms, HCP perceptions of the product’s real-world performance, competitive positioning, and messaging effectiveness to inform brand refinement and commercial tactics.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable strategic guidance for cross-functional teams, integrating primary research with performance data to build a complete picture of in-line brand health</li> </ul>   <h3>Where You'll Work </h3> This is a San Francisco/Bay Area based role; joining office-based collaboration Tuesday through Thursday weekly, is required.   <h3>Who You Are </h3> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) strongly preferred.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">8+ years of experience in commercial analytics and insights within the biotech/pharma industry, with demonstrated depth in data analytics, performance reporting, and in-line brand support; rare disease or specialty product experience highly preferred.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2+ years of leadership experience</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience supporting a commercial product through post-launch maturation, including performance tracking, forecast refinement, and commercial optimization in a specialty or rare disease setting.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in rare disease data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy data, claims data, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, CRM systems like Veeva), epidemiology-based forecasting, and stakeholder mapping.</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics/visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), with the ability to build and maintain dashboards</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Highly collaborative and proactive, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for commercial and senior leadership audiences; excellent communication and executive presentation skills.</li> </ul>   #LI-LN1  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div> <div>At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits.
