<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Director / Senior Director of Commercial Analytics & Insights to join our growing commercial team. This is a high-impact role responsible for planning and executing core analytics functions, including data and sales analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The Senior Director will serve as the functional lead for all Commercial Analytics & Insights activities supporting an in-line rare disease therapeutics, guiding a team of analytics and insights professionals. The role is centered on enhancing reporting infrastructure, surfacing performance signals in real time, and partnering with commercial leadership to drive data-informed decisions that maximize patient research and commercial sustainability.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>1. Commercial Analytics</strong></span></p>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Shape and execute an integrated analytics strategy that drives optimization of a quickly growing, commercially successful in-line product.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Improve and maintain an integrated commercial reporting infrastructure — including dashboards, automated data pipelines, and standardized reporting cadences — that gives leadership a clear, current view of in-line performance.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Conduct deep-dive analyses of prescription trends, patient flow, HCP engagement, and payer dynamics to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Monitor and interpret the KPI framework —tracking new patient starts, prescription trends, patient persistence, adherence, and field call activity— producing weekly and monthly reporting packages for senior leadership and the CCO.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Influence the sales analytics function to support field force performance reporting, territory-level diagnostics, ROI analyses on promotional spend, and data inputs for incentive compensation design and evaluation.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain and continuously refine patient-based forecast models, incorporating real-world performance data, updated epidemiology, evolving access dynamics, and competitive developments to produce accurate near- and long-term projections.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Partner with Finance and Supply Chain on demand planning, inventory management, and operating plans, providing analytically grounded volume forecasts that drive resource allocation decisions.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Monitor and synthesize competitor activities —including clinical updates, regulatory developments, commercial execution, and payer contracting— translating findings into implications for brand strategy and field messaging.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience supporting a commercial product through post-launch maturation, including performance tracking, forecast refinement, and commercial optimization in a specialty or rare disease setting.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in rare disease data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy data, claims data, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, CRM systems like Veeva), epidemiology-based forecasting, and stakeholder mapping.</span></li>
