This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving measurable business outcomes, ensuring market competitiveness, and guiding a talented product team to execute on ambitious goals.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Product Strategy & Execution</strong><strong><br></strong></li>

<li>Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform.</li>
<li>Align product initiatives with company objectives and market opportunities.</li>
<li>Prioritize features and improvements that deliver measurable ROI.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Leadership & Collaboration</strong><strong><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a team of product managers.</li>
<li>Partner closely with engineering, data, UA, monetization, and go-to-market teams to deliver on product goals.</li>
<li>Work directly with top advertisers and publishers to gather insights and validate solutions.<br><br></li>

<li><strong>Product Development & Optimization</strong><strong><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Drive the creation of scalable, high-performance ad tech systems.</li>
<li>Oversee development of targeting, bidding, auction optimization, and mediation tools.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless integration, stability, and ease-of-use for partners and developers.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<li><strong>Market & Competitive Insight</strong><strong><br></strong></li>
<ul>
<li>Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.</li>
<li>Introduce innovative features and enhancements that differentiate our products.</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong><br>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or mobile monetization.</li>
<li>Track record of successfully launching and scaling DSP, exchange, or mediation products.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of real-time bidding, auction mechanics, and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Ability to translate market needs into clear product requirements.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing product teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li>
<li>Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, scalability, and data quality.</li>
