About the role
How You Will Help:
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, supporting their growth and development.
- Take full ownership of all commercial finance functions—overseeing end-to-end activities including robust forecasting, in-depth analysis, strategic business partnering, and high-impact planning to drive the financial success of the organization.
- Demonstrate proven experience in developing and leveraging modern tools for reporting, analysis, scenario modeling and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with considerable scope for professional advancement.
- Champion best-in-class compliance, risk management, and internal controls consistent with Fortune 100 standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead initiatives for operational excellence, including Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies commonly used at large global manufacturers.
- Manage large-scale, complex projects across multiple business units and geographies, demonstrating agility and strategic vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with Fortune 100 company values.
- Drive digital transformation and adoption of advanced analytics and automation within finance operations.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial finance and related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams successfully.
- Demonstrated history of achievement in high-impact financial roles within fast-paced organizations.
- Expertise in modern financial tools and technology, with a strong background in reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results across complex business environments.
- Experience with global operations and international finance, preferred.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards typical of Fortune 100 manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
