About the role

<h3><strong>Position Summary</strong></h3> <p>As Director, Growth Analytics you will be pivotal in managing the reporting and audience needs for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Mediabrands planning stakeholders. In addition to managing the day to day needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a high functioning team of managers.</p> <h3 data-map="item-title"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Digital media performance (e.g relevant KPIs, setting measurement plans)</li> <li>Reporting solutions (e.g. automated dashboards, power BI solutions, enhanced data visualization)</li> <li>Audience strategy (e.g. creating/analyzing high value audiences for hyper targeting purposes)</li> <li>Audience activation (working with SBU’s and 3rd parties to create audiences at scale for activation)</li> <li>Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership at the client and agency</li> <li>Manage a team of analytics professionals</li> </ul> <p data-map="item-title">&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-map="item-title"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience evaluating various attribution approaches including MTA</li> <li>Familiarity with regression-based analysis for attribution modeling and performance measurement</li> <li>Demonstrated success leading work multi-functional teams</li> <li>Experience with reporting &amp; data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, and/or comScore</li> <li>Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs (e.g. Salesforce), and DSPs (e.g. DBM)</li> <li>Strong MS Excel &amp; Power Point skills</li> <li>Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data and managing client relationships</li> <li>Strong understanding of data and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on digital environment</li> <li>Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment</li> <li>UM does not require candidates to have a college degree</li> </ul> <h3 data-map="item-title"><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>9+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or media analytics</li> <li>Presentation development and delivery</li> <li>Leadership and change management</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication</li> <li>Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly</li> <li>Ability to provide feedback &amp; guidance in a constructive manner to direct reports</li> <li>Collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment</li> <li>Technical sales, sales support, solutions design, and delivery;
