Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p> <div> <p>The Senior Director, HCP Marketing leads &amp; drives the enterprise HCP marketing strategy and execution to support brand commercialization across all channels. This role is accountable for shaping cross-functional strategy, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering high-impact business outcomes. Operates as a key member of the brand leadership team, influencing enterprise decisions and ensuring integration across HCP, Consumer, Sales, and Market Access strategies.</p> </div> <p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Owns and drives enterprise-level HCP brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all commercial channels including community sales, LTC, and non-personal promotion</li> <li>Leads cross-functional brand planning and serves as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, including Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations</li> <li>Shapes and influences brand strategy and message evolution, translating clinical data, market insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable commercial strategy</li> <li>Provides strategic oversight and direction to HCP marketing team, including leading and developing team members and/or managing managers, where applicable</li> <li>Drives high-impact business decisions that influence brand performance, market positioning, and long-term commercial success</li> <li>Owns peer-to-peer strategy and execution, ensuring effective engagement with healthcare professionals through impactful programming</li> <li>Leads integrated marketing strategy across channels, including HCP promotion, digital strategy, media planning, and field enablement</li> <li>Partners closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment of marketing strategy with field execution and performance objectives</li> <li>Oversees the planning and execution of key commercial initiatives, including conventions, exhibits, and strategic marketing programs</li> <li>Builds and maintains strong external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leads KOL engagement strategy</li> <li>Leads advisory board strategy and execution in partnership with Medical Affairs</li> <li>Oversees performance measurement and optimization of marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous improvement</li> <li>Accountable for significant HCP marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources aligned to strategic priorities</li> <li>Identifies market opportunities and competitive threats, proactively adjusting strategy to maximize business impact</li> <li>Ensures compliance with all Medical, Legal, and Regulatory requirements and company policies</li> <li>Leads agency strategy and management, ensuring delivery of high-quality, insight-driven marketing programs</li> <li>Represents HCP Marketing at senior leadership forums, influencing enterprise-level decisions and direction</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Education/Experience:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, business administration, or related field required. MBA preferred.</li> <li>A minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and leadership.<br>Previous leadership experience required, including experience leading teams and/or managing complex cross-functional initiatives.</li> <li>Preferred: <ul> <li>Neurology or specialty therapeutic experience</li> <li>Experience operating at a strategic, enterprise level within commercial organizations</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in biopharmaceutical brand marketing and multi-channel strategy</li> <li>Proven ability to influence and align senior leadership on complex business decisions</li> <li>Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into impactful business outcomes</li> <li>Demonstrated success driving cross-functional collaboration and enterprise initiatives</li> <li>Exceptional communication and executive presence</li> <li>Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment</li> <li>Strong financial acumen and experience managing large marketing budgets</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 40%</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW212622048 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW212622048 BCX8">This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment.
