You will lead business development initiatives, manage a talented team of engineers and support staff, and spearhead the regional strategy for our land development projects. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
