You will partner closely with senior leaders to design programs that accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable business impact.</p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>What you'll do:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Define and lead CLEAR’s talent management and succession planning strategy to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational capability</li> <li>Build and scale talent development programs, including onboarding, manager training, leadership development, and high-potential initiatives</li> <li>Partner with People Partners and business leaders to design and execute talent reviews, development plans, and succession strategies for critical roles</li> <li>Leverage data and insights to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve ROI across all initiatives</li> <li>Develop and implement inclusive, equitable talent practices that expand opportunity and strengthen internal mobility across CLEAR</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>How you'll measure success:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Strength of internal talent pipeline and succession coverage for key roles</li> <li>Adoption and impact of leadership and development programs (e.g., engagement, retention, promotion rates)</li> <li>Measurable improvements in manager effectiveness and team performance</li> <li>ROI and effectiveness of talent programs through defined KPIs and analytics</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>What you're great at:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Building and scaling talent management and leadership development strategies in high-growth environments</li> <li>Translating data into actionable insights that drive talent and business outcomes</li> <li>Influencing and partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness</li> <li>Leading and developing high-performing teams while staying close to execution</li> <li>Navigating ambiguity and operating with ownership in fast-paced, evolving environments</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><strong>How You'll be Rewarded:</strong></em></p> <p>At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
