<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Regional Commercial Director will lean into cross-functional collaboration to execute a holistic marketplace management strategy that will include a consumer first mindset, clear segmentation, product franchise management and an omni channel approach.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Regional Commercial Director will be responsible for three key deliverables: 1) Product segmentation plans 2) channel differentiation strategy and 3) deliver profitable growth in APAC. I.e., driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing profitability across the APAC region.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will require strategic vision, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the diverse markets and retail landscape within APAC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial and merchandizing leadership roles, with a focus on driving business growth in the region. This role reports to General Manager, APAC.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Merchandizing Management</u></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Supports the annual revenue game plan and regional brand budget process.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develops and delivers differentiated regional product assortments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Aligns planning process with product team, sales team, marketing team, supply chain team and customer planning calendars.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with product team, sales team, marketing team regarding customer specific planning, strategy, content, and analytics.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understands brand, regional and channel priorities and uses the planning process to drive strategic alignment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Pulls together resources across marketing, consumer insight and operations needed to improve the profitable growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Aids in the recommendation of SKU assortment priorities, financial guidelines and synergies across channels, customers and brands within area of responsibility.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Leverages growth driving execution including category management, assortment concept and shopper marketing to deliver comprehensive category growth plans for channels & markets.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compiles and analyzes market, shopper / end-user, and channel knowledge gaps.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compiles profiles of competitors and channel customers using primary and secondary research and data.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Gathers competitive and marketplace intelligence and shares with the regional team & organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborates and summarizes business risks and opportunities cross-functionally.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plans operational strategies that increase revenue, identify changes, adjust, and redraft strategic plans as necessary.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Recommends any new product innovation needs to penetrate new channels/customers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Pricing and Program Guidance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collects and analyzes account pricing and distribution for Stanley 1913 and competitive brands.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Understands retailer & distributor margin and pricing expectations.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyzes and track potential impact of pricing exceptions on channel / region.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Sales Development</u></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develops a consistent drumbeat to report sell through data across channels to the organization to inform strategic decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develops demand planning & forecast analysis.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for sales analytics using available syndicated data, DTC & Distributor and customer reporting to create action plans and capitalize on sales opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Uses a formula to develop gross market value measurements to measure brand penetration by geography and understand key markets/epicenters.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manages data tools and has direct connection to account teams reporting contacts.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Development and maintenance of robust sales report to lead data-driven decision making.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establishes short-term and long-term prioritization roadmap of the business’s overall analytical needs and opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establishes KPIs and metrics to track commercial performance across the APAC region. Monitor performance against targets, analyze key performance drivers, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of senior leadership team experience and regional merchandising strategy development experience within the industries mentioned </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in diverse markets within APAC.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of cultural nuances, market dynamics, and regulatory environments across the APAC region.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across functions and geographies.</span></li>
