<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Associate Director, Launch, Global Value Stream (North America)</strong></span></h1>
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Launch Associate Director is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the successful execution of all new hardware installations, new building launches, and decommissioning projects across the North American network. You will serve as the primary project owner, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure seamless operational readiness and minimal business disruption. This position requires a strong blend of technical acumen, project management discipline, and stakeholder communication expertise.</span></h1>
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>You will.....</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the primary point of contact from the Global Value Stream organization for all new facility launches for expansions, major hardware deployments, and site decommissioning activities in the United States and Canada.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate and drive alignment across internal teams (Operations, Tech, Real Estate, HR, Procurement) and external vendors (contractors, suppliers) to meet launch deadlines.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, escalating critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee the installation and commissioning of material handling equipment, IT infrastructure, and other operational systems in new and existing sites for the OpEX team.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish Go/No-Go criteria and lead comprehensive readiness reviews before handing over launched assets to the Operations team.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Document and standardize launch processes, creating post-mortem reports and implementing lessons learned to continuously improve future project execution.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold;"><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead a group of executives throughout North America who are each responsible for regional leadership of launch and launch related projects.</span></strong></li>
</ul>
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>You have.....</strong></span></h1>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience (5+ years) in high-stakes project management, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated success in managing large-scale facility launches, capital expenditure projects, or complex hardware/system implementations.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to travel frequently (up to 50-75%) to sites during critical project phases, including internationally.</span></h1>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<h1><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with automated material handling systems (MHS), conveyor systems, and/or network infrastructure is highly desirable</span></h1>
