Director of Administration

H2 Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Administration to join our corporate leadership team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership to support administrative operations, improve workflow efficiency, enhance team performance, and help create exceptional experiences for both patients and employees.

Your Role:

• Provide leadership and oversight for key administrative operations and support functions
• Partner with executive leadership, operations, and revenue cycle teams to improve operational performance
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements
• Support initiatives focused on patient access, scheduling efficiency, reimbursement optimization, and administrative workflow enhancement
• Lead, mentor, and develop administrative team members while fostering accountability and engagement
• Assist with operational planning, staffing support, and organizational growth initiatives
• Collaborate on system implementations, onboarding efforts, and integration projects
• Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence throughout the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or administrative management
• Strong understanding of healthcare administrative workflows and operational processes
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize operational data to support decision-making
