See how we’re building tomorrow’s solutions, together.</p> <p><strong>This Role:</strong></p> <p>The Head of AI and Enterprise Architecture is a leadership role responsible for defining and executing the organization’s AI strategy and enterprise technology architecture to enable scalable, secure, and value-driven digital transformation.</p> <p>This role bridges business strategy, emerging AI capabilities, and core enterprise platforms, ensuring that innovation is aligned with architectural standards, governance, and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate combines deep technical credibility with strong business acumen and executive influence.</p> <p>This role reports directly to the : SVP, Technology, Services &amp; Innovation.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>The Head of AI and Enterprise Architecture will shape how technology drives competitive advantage across the organization for years to come. This role is critical to ensuring that AI adoption is intentional, scalable, and responsible, and that enterprise architecture acts as an enabler—not a bottleneck—of innovation.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">AI Strategy &amp; Enablement</span></p> <p>· Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy, including use-case identification, prioritization, and value realization across business functions.</p> <p>· Oversee the design, adoption, and scaling of AI solutions, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and analytics platforms.</p> <p>· Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, risk, security, privacy, model lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.</p> <p>· Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into practical, high-impact AI initiatives.</p> <p>· Track and report on AI value delivery, adoption, and business outcomes.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Enterprise Architecture Leadership</span></p> <p>· Own the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps across business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.</p> <p>· Ensure architectural alignment with business strategy and modernization initiatives.</p> <p>· Lead architecture reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective.</p> <p>· Drive simplification, technical debt reduction, and platform rationalization across the technology landscape.</p> <p>· Establish and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, and decision frameworks.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technology &amp; Platform Strategy</span></p> <p>· Guide cloud, data, integration, and platform strategies to support AI-driven and digital-first capabilities.</p> <p>· Collaborate with cybersecurity, applications, and infrastructure leaders to ensure secure-by-design architectures.</p> <p>· Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors, making recommendations aligned to enterprise strategy and ROI.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</span></p> <p>· Lead and mentor team of data and AI specialists.</p> <p>· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing clear guidance on technology trade-offs and investment decisions.</p> <p>· Build strong partnerships with business teams to ensure alignment and execution.</p> <p>· Represent the organization externally with vendors, partners, and industry forums as needed.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or digital transformation, with senior leadership responsibility.</p> <p>· Demonstrated experience leading AI initiatives at enterprise scale.</p> <p>· Strong understanding of:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">o Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent)</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">o Cloud platforms and modern application architectures</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">o Data platforms, integration patterns, and APIs</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">o AI/ML and generative AI concepts, risks, and operational considerations</p> <p>· Proven ability to align technology strategy with business outcomes and financial value.</p> <p>· Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills</p> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <p>· Experience operating in technology solutions provider environments.</p> <p>· Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and emerging regulations.</p> <p>· Background in consulting, architecture leadership, or large-scale transformation programs.</p> <p>· Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud certifications, AI/ML credentials).</p> <p><strong>Education &amp;
