Join the Movement

The Enhanced Games are on a mission to enhance humanity, redefining the future of sports by merging scientific progress with elite athletic performance. The Games challenge conventional sporting norms, embracing medicine and science to push human potential while prioritizing safety, transparency, and innovation.

Science and technology are recognized as fair advantages, allowing athletes to choose natural or enhanced competition. Setting the new gold standard in athlete health and safety, we mandate state-of-the-art medical profiling to monitor key health markers for all athletes competing at the Enhanced Games. And unlike traditional events, all athletes are paid, with million-dollar prizes for setting new world records.

Funded by leading venture capitalists, the Enhanced Games operate independently of taxpayer money, ensuring financial sustainability and innovation. This is the future of sport - where science, athleticism, and progress inspire superhuman achievement.

The Role

Enhanced is redefining human performance through science, data, and uncompromising ambition. We’re looking for a Director of Analytics who will be responsible for establishing and leading Enhanced’s analytics function — defining the strategy, building the infrastructure, and developing the insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

This is a highly hands-on and entrepreneurial role. You’ll design analytics programs, select and implement tools, and translate complex, multi-source data into actionable insights across performance, product, marketing, and operations. As Enhanced scales, you’ll also build and mentor a team and help embed data-driven thinking into the company’s culture.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Build & Own the Analytics Function

  • Design and implement Enhanced’s analytics roadmap, including tools, data architecture, and reporting frameworks
  • Evaluate, select, and help implement analytics platforms, dashboards, and measurement systems
  • Establish best practices for data quality, governance, and scalability

Drive Insights & Decision-Making

  • Translate business and performance goals into clear measurement strategies and learning agendas
  • Analyze large, complex, and disparate datasets to surface insights that inform strategy and execution
  • Develop clear narratives that connect data to recommendations and outcomes
  • Partner with leadership to define KPIs and success metrics across the business

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, science, and operations teams to support experimentation, optimization, and growth
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing analytical guidance and performance measurement
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on how data can unlock new opportunities

Team & Thought Leadership

  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing analytics team over time
  • Educate internal stakeholders on analytics methodologies, tools, and insights
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging analytics approaches; develop internal POVs on data, performance, and measurement

Who You are

  • You have 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data leadership roles
  • Proven experience building or significantly evolving analytics programs, tools, or teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguity
  • Comfortable working hands-on with data while also setting strategic direction
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to influence across functions

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Python and/or R or similar analytics programming environments
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Familiarity with web, product, or performance analytics platforms is a plus
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets

Must-Have Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Must be willing to work from Enhanced’s New York office 4 days a week.
