This role oversees and develops a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in campaign setup, execution, and delivery.</p> <p data-start="548" data-end="1166">This position owns resource planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring business continuity while continuously improving processes and workflows. Success in this role requires strong accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to lead quality and exceptional client service. The Director will act as a subject matter expert, building trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners. The ability to lead through change—adapting systems, workflows, and team structures while motivating teams to meet evolving business needs—is essential.</p> <h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="1168" data-end="1196"><span><strong data-start="1172" data-end="1196">Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <ul data-start="1198" data-end="3066"> <li data-section-id="12zctrt" data-start="1198" data-end="1478"><strong data-start="1200" data-end="1236">Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration:</strong> Lead and support a team of Campaign Managers to ensure successful campaign execution. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $80,000 and $110,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).</em></p>
