This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in civil engineering, a proven track record in land development, and exceptional leadership and business development skills.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Leadership &amp; Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of civil engineers and support staff.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.</li> <li>Oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.</li> <li>Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth and profitability in the land development market.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Business Development:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our market presence and secure new land development projects.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiations.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our visibility and reputation.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Ensure the successful delivery of land development projects from inception to completion.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field</li> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</li> <li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD).</li> <li>Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.</li> <li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-EB1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
