About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Develop and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system usage and data integrity.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales and financial data for decision-making.
- Supervise Order Management operations, ensure operational excellence and highest degree of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Drive proactive and strategic inventory allocation to maximize revenue.
- Analyze pricing strategies and provide recommendations to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support contract negotiations by providing data-driven insights.
- Maintain and optimize dealer-pricing in SAP and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across commercial operations.
- Implement best practices in sales operations, customer onboarding, and order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, marketing) to align operational processes with business goals.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management to assess commercial performance.
- Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support key account management initiatives by ensuring seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Work closely with distribution and retail partners to optimize commercial execution.
- Assist in contract management, renewals, and compliance tracking.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in a sales position
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the sales function
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the music products industry and technology trends
