About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system usage and data integrity.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales and financial data for decision-making.
  • Supervise Order Management operations, ensure operational excellence and highest degree of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
  • Drive proactive and strategic inventory allocation to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze pricing strategies and provide recommendations to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Support contract negotiations by providing data-driven insights.
  • Maintain and optimize dealer-pricing in SAP and ensure compliance across all operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across commercial operations.
  • Implement best practices in sales operations, customer onboarding, and order management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, marketing) to align operational processes with business goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management to assess commercial performance.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support key account management initiatives by ensuring seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
  • Work closely with distribution and retail partners to optimize commercial execution.
  • Assist in contract management, renewals, and compliance tracking.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a sales position
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within the sales function
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of the music products industry and technology trends
