<p>We are seeking a Director of Community Relations – a passionate and purpose-driven advocate for individuals living with memory impairment in one of the largest and most dynamic markets in the country. This role combines professional outreach, community education, and census development to connect families with personalized solutions that truly change lives.</p>

<p>You are familiar with the Los Angeles market, live locally, and are comfortable navigating the unique pace, traffic patterns, and energy of the area.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate qualified, professional referrals to support census development</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts</li>
<li>Educate professionals and families on Silverado’s dementia and Alzheimer’s resources</li>
<li>Promote Silverado services including permanent placement, respite stays, and end-of-life care</li>
<li>Assess prospective residents for suitability and fit</li>
<li>Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and public relations opportunities</li>
<li>Partner with community leaders to achieve census goals</li>
<li>Serve as a key member of the Community Leadership team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years in customer success/service with strong organizational and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proven success in solution-building and team collaboration</li>
<li>Preferred: healthcare or dementia care experience; clinical background a plus</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, negotiation skills a bonus</li>
<li>Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences</li>
</ul>

<li>Flexible schedule, including weekends</li>
<li>Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs.)</li>
<li>Must be comfortable with animals and neurodegenerative conditions</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required</li>
