<p> <text>This is a highly execution-focused role centred on delivering complex financial transactions across debt, capital markets, and corporate development initiatives.</p>

<p>You will lead transaction structuring and execution end-to-end, manage relationships with lenders and counterparties, and oversee key transactions across the capital structure.</p>

<p>Working closely with legal teams, external advisors, and internal stakeholders, you will drive commercial negotiations and ensure efficient delivery of strategic projects.</text></p>
