This role is responsible for ensuring all educational operations align with <strong data-start="1302" data-end="1367">Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC)</strong> standards, state education regulations, institutional policies, and higher education best practices.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">The ideal candidate is a dynamic educational leader with expertise in <strong data-start="1540" data-end="1703">curriculum management, faculty coaching, accreditation compliance, instructional effectiveness, workforce development, and continuous institutional improvement</strong> within higher education, postsecondary, vocational, technical, or career education environments.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Education &amp; Academic Operations will collaborate closely with campus leadership, corporate academic teams, program coordinators, and faculty to promote <strong data-start="2010" data-end="2134">academic excellence, student retention, accreditation readiness, operational effectiveness, and student success outcomes</strong> across all educational programs.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">This role oversees instructional quality initiatives and supports faculty performance, professional development, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the campus.</div> <p data-start="2341" data-end="2365"><strong data-start="2341" data-end="2365">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p data-start="2367" data-end="2403"><strong data-start="2367" data-end="2403">Academic Leadership &amp; Compliance</strong></p> <ul data-start="2404" data-end="2908"> <li data-section-id="1i8ae1i" data-start="2404" data-end="2495">Serve as the primary liaison between the campus and corporate education leadership teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1sm3xab" data-start="2496" data-end="2651">Ensure all instructional practices, faculty training, and academic operations comply with ACCSC standards, state regulations, and institutional policies.</li> <li data-section-id="1ui77e" data-start="2652" data-end="2813">Audit academic programs, curricula, lesson plans, syllabi, and instructional materials to ensure instructors are utilizing the most current approved resources.</li> <li data-section-id="uqd6sj" data-start="2814" data-end="2908">Support institutional readiness for accreditation reviews, audits, and regulatory reporting.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2910" data-end="2960"><strong data-start="2910" data-end="2960">Faculty Development &amp; Instructional Excellence</strong></p> <ul data-start="2961" data-end="3365"> <li data-section-id="1wcpvrs" data-start="2961" data-end="3064">Lead faculty onboarding and instructor training in accordance with ACCSC and institutional standards.</li> <li data-section-id="hs6n1y" data-start="3065" data-end="3177">Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to instructors.</li> <li data-section-id="1j86qr" data-start="3178" data-end="3300">Facilitate ongoing professional development and instructional improvement initiatives for faculty and educational staff.</li> <li data-section-id="1eavwyz" data-start="3301" data-end="3365">Serve as a substitute instructor when operationally necessary.</li> </ul> <p data-start="3367" data-end="3405"><strong data-start="3367" data-end="3405">Performance Management &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul data-start="3406" data-end="3668"> <li data-section-id="1k63i8h" data-start="3406" data-end="3491">Create, maintain, and monitor Faculty Personnel Reports (FPRs) for all instructors.</li> <li data-section-id="1k6gq2y" data-start="3492" data-end="3584">Conduct and document instructor performance audits and evaluations at least semi-annually.</li> <li data-section-id="1yfro49" data-start="3585" data-end="3668">Track educational outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p data-start="3670" data-end="3722"><strong data-start="3670" data-end="3722">Program Coordination &amp; Institutional Improvement</strong></p> <ul data-start="3723" data-end="4169"> <li data-section-id="680ujh" data-start="3723" data-end="3829">Chair Program Coordinator meetings and ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of meeting minutes.</li> <li data-section-id="42dhm7" data-start="3830" data-end="3912">Assist in organizing and facilitating Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings.</li> <li data-section-id="d44gi5" data-start="3913" data-end="4050">Ensure PAC meeting documentation is properly maintained and distributed to corporate academic leadership and regional leadership teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1bsmnh0" data-start="4051" data-end="4169">Collaborate with campus leadership to support student achievement, retention, and instructional quality initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>.<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree Preferred</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience in private postsecondary education preferred.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
