Join our team today and start looking forward to coming to work doing something you love!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h1> <p><strong>Capital Strategy &amp; Funding</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead all external financing activities including sourcing, negotiating, and closing debt and equity deals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Lender Relations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary liaison with lenders and investors; maintain strong, transparent communication and trust.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Covenant Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and manage financial covenants; ensure timely reporting and proactive issue resolution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to guide strategic decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cash Flow &amp; Treasury</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage liquidity, optimize capital efficiency, and ensure healthy cash flow operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Controls</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Executive Advisory</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team on capital and growth initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure alignment, accountability, and development.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, MFA, or CFA strongly preferred).</li> <li>8+ years in finance with 5+ in a senior role; proven success in capital markets and financial leadership.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience securing financing and managing lender relationships and financial instruments..</li> <li>Strong understanding of loan covenants, regulatory requirements, and debt reporting.</li> <li>Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.</li> <li>Strong problem solving, negotiating, and critical judgment skills.</li> <li>Strong team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.</li> <li>A high level of integrity, personal motivation, adaptability, and sense of urgency.</li> <li>Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.</li> <li>Ability to commit to working in office 100% of the time.</li> <li>Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check.</li> <li>Minimum 21 years of age.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Benefits and Compensation:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li>Pay starts at $150,000 - $200,000 annually commensurate with experience</li> <li>Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP)&nbsp;</li> <li>Paid Sick Leave (PSL) and Personal Time Off (PTO).</li> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li> <li>Paid float holiday for the following:&nbsp; New Years Day, 4/20, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="p1">At Minnesota Cannabis Services, we believe great teams are built on trust, initiative, and follow-through.
