The Role
Growth at bitaksi is not a department. It is the business itself.

As Growth Director, you will:


  • Own the entire growth agenda end-to-end — strategy, execution, budget, and results
  • Lead full-funnel growth management across acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement, while driving performance marketing initiatives
  • Turn data into fast, high-impact decisions
  • Build scalable growth strategies across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Drive all base management, growth, and campaign initiatives through a rigorous commercial lens, using ROI, CAC, LTV, payback periods, and cohort performance to prioritize investments, optimize efficiency, and maximize long-term customer value
  • Work closely with Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership teams to unlock sustainable growth
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team
  • Navigate complexity in a highly regulated environment
  • Balance execution speed with long-term thinking
  • Work directly with the CEO, with full ownership and real impact


You Likely

  • Have 8+ years of experience in growth, strategy, product, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience in fast-paced, digital-first environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A track record of driving measurable business growth
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • More Importantly


You are curious, resilient, and hands-on.
You move fast without losing judgment.
You are comfortable with ambiguity.
You don’t wait for perfect conditions to act.
You like building more than maintaining.
