Ski Haus, NOTB Snowboards, and Patio Place have been part of the community since 1965. We’re looking for a Marketing Director who’s excited to take ownership of our digital presence, events, and brand as we continue to grow.

About the Role

This isn’t a sit-in-a-corner-and-post-on-social role. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of our marketing – from our website and email campaigns to social media, in-store branding, and events. You’ll play a key role in connecting what’s happening in our stores with how we show up online and in the community.

If you ski or snowboard and like variety, ownership, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain our website (orders, product updates, promotions, merchandising)
• Manage the plan and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels
• Own and grow our social media presence (Ski Haus & NOTB)
• Plan and run fun events like ski and snowboard demos, customer appreciation days, and fundraisers for local non-profits
• Work with store teams to ensure strong in-store branding and messaging
• Track performance and continuously improve what’s working

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of marketing experience (retail experience is a big plus)
• Experience managing websites (BigCommerce experience is ideal)
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
• Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• A mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
