What You'll Do
What You Bring
- 10+ years across marketing, strategy, growth, or operations in fast-moving environments
- Hands-on, daily use of AI in a professional marketing or strategy context. Real fluency, not familiarity
- Time spent working directly with or as a VP or CMO
- Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred, ideally Series B to D. Think Brex, Rippling, Figma, Notion, HubSpot, Duolingo, or Clay
- Builder. You turn vague, ambitious ideas into a concrete plan with owners, timelines, and follow-through
- AI executor. You have built AI-powered systems and can say clearly where AI drives real gains and where it does not
- Exceptional writer. Your drafts ship with little editing
- Cross-functional orchestrator. You translate strategy into coordinated action across teams and workstreams
- Systems thinker. You bring repeatability and rigor to work that would otherwise stay chaotic
- High agency and accountable. You move without waiting to be told, and things do not fall through the cracks
- Obsessed with the details. You believe great is built in the details, not the strategy deck, and it shows in everything you ship
