As Director of Media Operations, you'll lead the partnership between our US teams and Global Operations Center (GOC), driving service expansion, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the business.</p> <p data-start="689" data-end="873">This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence senior leaders, improve how work gets done at scale, and unlock new ways of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.</p> <p data-start="689" data-end="873">You'll have the opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a global operating model that directly impacts business performance, team effectiveness, and client success.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <h3 data-section-id="164ueu3" data-start="880" data-end="904">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="906" data-end="1493"> <li data-section-id="1t9bhra" data-start="906" data-end="1019">Develop and execute the strategy for offshore operations, driving adoption, utilization, and service expansion.</li> <li data-section-id="i7cv4k" data-start="1020" data-end="1100">Serve as the primary bridge between US stakeholders and global delivery teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1tcia6j" data-start="1101" data-end="1207">Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.</li> <li data-section-id="1ocb5nq" data-start="1208" data-end="1311">Lead governance, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across offshore services.</li> <li data-section-id="qbmwkd" data-start="1312" data-end="1403">Forecast resource needs and support workforce planning to meet evolving business demands.</li> <li data-section-id="1yy96k5" data-start="1404" data-end="1493">Champion best practices, operational consistency, and new ways of working across teams.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3 data-section-id="1ooung1" data-start="1500" data-end="1525">Skills and Experience</h3> <ul data-start="1527" data-end="2104"> <li data-section-id="12kv1yo" data-start="1527" data-end="1630">8+ years of experience in media operations, offshore delivery, shared services, or global operations.</li> <li data-section-id="1orwnfz" data-start="1631" data-end="1711">Proven success leading complex operational programs in a matrixed environment.</li> <li data-section-id="lq313e" data-start="1712" data-end="1814">Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.</li> <li data-section-id="17ex95j" data-start="1815" data-end="1912">Experience building scalable processes, governance models, and quality improvement initiatives.</li> <li data-section-id="1lmi05i" data-start="1913" data-end="2019">Understanding of digital media channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, Direct IO, or Linear TV.</li> <li data-section-id="16pe28p" data-start="2020" data-end="2104">Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.</li> </ul> <p></p> <div> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Life at&nbsp;WPP Media&nbsp;&amp; Benefits</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Our passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
