The Director of Operations will lead all operational teams, including sales operations, purchasing, inventory management, cultivation, manufacturing, fulfillment, safety, quality, and compliance. The Director of Operations must be willing to get their hands dirty and contribute at all operational levels, train and mentor team members as well as providing operational guidance and metrics to the executive team.
