About the role

At Krisp, we are developing and launching applications that enhance the professionalism and productivity of employees and contact center agents. Krisp mutes background noise bi-directionally during calls and is the only software available in the market to do so as an application, becoming a virtual microphone and speaker within Windows, Mac OS, Chrome extension and VDI. Plus, we are launching Krisp for iPhone and Android shortly, providing professional users with even more flexibility to make and take important calls. We are out front leading this market, with partners and customers including Sitel, Concentrix, Discord, Verizon and many others. Our team is defining the future of how remote employees vastly improve their video and voice communications.


You will be responsible for providing overall direction, sales strategy, and team management to meet and exceed sales targets with focus on North America. You will own targeted strategic accounts directly while also leading and developing your team. You will work closely with the COO and CPO to implement sales strategies to increase sales and brand position within the markets we serve.

  • Proven SaaS sales execution and leadership

  • Ability to hold others accountable and take responsibility for achieving stated objectives
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
  • Ability to take the initiative to make independent decisions/choices.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organization skills, with an ability to manage multiple incoming requests, a strong sense of how to motivate others, and the ability to “find a way”.
  • Strong presentation skills.

 

 

Experience


7+ years successful SaaS sales and leadership experience. A minimum of three years of enterprise sales management experience is required.  

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of customer-facing experience in strategic account management or other relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced services or technology-related environment.
  • Demonstrated success working directly with tier-1 customers, including developing account strategy and building senior-level relationships.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers or partners, managing large-scale rollouts.
