<p>YouAppi is a rapidly growing and advanced app retargeting company that is changing the way mobile marketers find and retain mobile app customers.</p>
<p>The role will be vital to the expansion of our business. You will work closely with an international team and have a direct impact on the growth of the company. This position entails driving new business revenue through strategic relationship building with advertisers and agencies in the mobile app landscape.</p>
<p><strong>In This Role, You Will</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and execute go-to-market strategy including but not limited to a short and long-term account and agency plan, a staffing plan that supports scaling of business, and the ability to define clear lines of account and agency responsibility.</li>
<li>Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers.</li>
<li>Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients.</li>
<li>Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan through a deep understanding of YouAppi’s products and ad inventory.</li>
<li>Scoping, building, and onboarding strategic revenue endeavors through cross-organizational collaboration.</li>
<li>Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to add strategic consultation to named accounts.</li>
<li>Accountable for servicing and driving customer satisfaction for accounts.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising, and public relations communities.</li>
<li>Drive mindshare and market share gains across agencies through consistent and strategic coverage plans.</li>
<li>Partner with the Operations team to set proper expectations with customers and serve their needs.</li>
<li>Develop presentations to corporations and agencies designed to sell mobile marketing solutions.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, account management, and more.<strong> </strong></li>

<li>You are tech-savvy and have a good understanding of the mobile ad tech ecosystem.</li>
<li>You have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changes.</li>

<li>You work successfully in a team environment.</li>
<li>You are organized and methodical, with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach when addressing clients’ needs.</li>

</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience with mobile DSPs, Programmatic User Acquisition, and Retargeting.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience selling in mobile marketing.</li>
<li>Salesforce and Hubspot proficient.</li>
<li>Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.</li>
<li>Successful experience managing a team of salespeople.</li>
