About the role
<p>Demo Corp is looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a track record of success in fast growing software companies to help increase both speed and quality of hires.</p>
<h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage a team of sales and technical recruiters, sourcers and coordinators – ensuring they are being developed and challenged while delivering high quality candidates to Hiring Managers</li>
<li>Provide direction and consultation to the management team on strategic and emerging staffing trends</li>
<li>Ensure that the recruiting function is capable and well aligned with the vision and goals of the organization</li>
<li>Build a data-driven recruiting organization, including analytics that provide insight and decision support</li>
<li>Manage employer branding, posting optimization, and innovative candidate sourcing strategies</li>
<li>Deliver optimal interview skills training across the company to ensure we hire the best fit</li>
<li>Develop and implement workforce plans, forecasting capabilities and a talent pipeline strategy</li>
<li>Grow our university recruiting and internship programs</li>
<li>Lead diversity recruiting initiatives</li>
</ul>
<h3>QUALIFICATIONS</h3>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of talent acquisition and management experience, particularly building a high functioning talent acquisition team</li>
<li>3+ years of experience devising and leading talent strategy in a fast-growth tech environment</li>
<li>Experience creating a healthy employment brand leveraging social media, marketing and other platform</li>
<li>Excited about data and metrics, and experience creating and managing a context of recruiting effectiveness data</li>
<li>Results-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys getting stuff done with minimal support and direction</li>
<li>Experience with social media campaigns and savvy internet research efforts</li>
<li>Strong experience in workforce planning, forecasting and developing ensuring appropriate resource plans for the recruiting function</li>
<li>Exceptional presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>BS, BA (or equivalent) - MBA/advanced degree is a plus</li>
