Senior Director of Technology

<p class="p2">We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Senior Director of IT to build and lead the technology infrastructure of our growing organization. This is a newly created role designed to bring focused IT leadership as we scale. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own all aspects of IT — from day-to-day operations and cybersecurity to EDI compliance, ERP management, and AI-driven innovation. Budgeting<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul> <li class="p6">Build, manage, and mentor a small IT team; leverage external contractors and MSPs as needed<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p4">Own the IT budget — forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p9">Serve as the primary IT voice to executive leadership, translating technical complexity into business impact<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h3><span class="Apple-converted-space">Qualifications:</span></h3> <ul> <li class="p2">8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p3">Proven experience managing EDI programs with national retailers </li> <li class="p3">Hands-on expertise with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p3">Strong cybersecurity background with working knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, or similar)<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p3">Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p3">Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and IT budgets<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p4">Comfortable operating as a player-coach — strategic thinker who is also willing to execute<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p4">Excellent communication skills;
