Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.<br><strong>Work Authorization:</strong> Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.</p> <p class="p1"><span data-sheets-root="1">As a Paid Search practitioner, ultimately you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, being the point of escalation as required. You’ll take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice. Working closely with the Head of Practice, you’ll manage resource effectively and get involved in new business too. You’ll adopt technology to advance delivery and augment the practice capabilities through process optimisation.</span></p> <p class="p1"><strong>In this role you will:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Use your deep-practice knowledge you will use your decision making latitude and work independently to deliver highly successful campaigns. <br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Effectively plan, deliver and measure campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Actively lead and develop the Paid Search best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time.<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Play a key leadership role of Brainlabbers in the practice, growing capability and knowledge to help deliver for our clients</span></li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>We’re looking for someone who:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Has strong Paid Search delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience <br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Has demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Has a developing understanding about how channels work and optimise together.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Has a strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.</span></li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>And this is what success looks like in the role:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">You will live our culture code every day! <br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Effective campaign creation and delivery metrics<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimisation met,&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">You will hit our quality assurance metrics on all campaigns you lead.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Client satisfaction targets being met (internal &amp; external)<br></span></li> <li class="li1"><span data-sheets-root="1">Learning certifications created and met across the practice<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">#LI-MB1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Current position range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$125,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$195,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What happens next?</strong></p> <p>We know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
