With better communication, more insights, and less “noise”, we are modernizing what it means for businesses and their employees to truly feel safe.</p></div><p><strong>Director of Product</strong></p> <p>Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of HiveWatch’s product portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. As a Director of Product, you will also:</p> <ul> <li>Work with technology leaders and product managers to remove roadblocks.</li> <li>Gain a deep understanding about HiveWatch’s consumers, merchants, internal teams, competitors, and the physical security SaaS market.</li> <li>Create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.</li> <li>In close partnership with the VP of Product, to define and follow robust product development processes and practices.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks.</li> <li>This includes turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics.</li> <li>Ensure that the product and executive team have a shared vision of how the product is and evolves in the future.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and enabling them to bring products to market.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Business, or Computer Science. Must have 12 months of experience in the position or in a related position. Must have completed coursework in Price Theory, Risk Management, and Mechanics. Pay range: $129,000 to $185,000.
