This leader will define vision across Nanit’s full product ecosystem including our mobile app, connected hardware, subscription experience, website and new product categories. You will be a design voice at the leadership level - shaping how design drives product strategy, subscription growth, and long term customer value. You will work closely with our Engineering, Product, Clinical and Marketing Team to ensure design is a core driver of differentiation in our product, creating beautifully crafted intuitive experiences that delight customers and reinforce Nanit’s position as a premium, category-defining brand.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Salary Range: $235,000 to $250,000 + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
