Customers love it.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Now comes the harder part.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Finding the next chapter of growth.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">We're looking for a <strong>Director, Product & Revenue</strong> to lead our core Photos business and unlock its next level of performance.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, marketing, operations, and customer experience - owning the biggest levers in the business and deciding where to push next.</span><br><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Pricing. Packaging. Merchandising. Upsells. Promotions. Retention. Conversion. New product concepts. Customer experience.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Lead product initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and customer delight</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Use customer insights and data to shape strategy and investment decisions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Drive experimentation across pricing, offers, merchandising, bundles, and lifecycle experiences</span></li>
