With a presence across APAC and beyond, Anchanto supports over 7,000 customers and integrates with 135+ commerce and carrier platforms, driving scalable growth and operational excellence.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Role Overview</strong></div> <div>The Associate Director – Delivery is a business-critical leadership role responsible for owning and scaling Anchanto’s Delivery Vertical across regions.</div> <div>This role goes beyond project execution. It owns delivery outcomes, revenue realization, customer experience, and operational scalability. You will drive predictable delivery, enforce governance, and build a high-performing delivery organization that can support Anchanto’s global growth.</div> <div>You will lead a team of Delivery Managers, own portfolio health, act as the escalation anchor, and represent Anchanto in customer and internal leadership forums.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>1. Delivery Ownership &amp; Business Accountability</strong></div> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end delivery portfolio across APAC/EMEA from post-sales handover to go-live and hypercare</li> <li>Be accountable for revenue realization, timelines, scope adherence, and customer outcomes</li> <li>Drive forecast accuracy and delivery predictability across all engagements</li> <li>Ensure delivery is aligned to commercial commitments and contractual milestones</li> </ul> <div><strong>2. Portfolio Governance &amp; Execution Excellence</strong></div> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce strong delivery governance frameworks (Playbooks, RACI, Gates)</li> <li>Drive visibility of portfolio health (RAG, ARR at risk, phase bottlenecks) to leadership</li> <li>Ensure no uncontrolled slippage - enforce scope, timeline, and quality discipline</li> <li>Standardize delivery practices to create a repeatable, scalable execution model</li> </ul> <div><strong>3. Cross-Functional Alignment &amp; Execution Control</strong></div> <ul> <li>Own alignment across Sales, Solutioning, Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success</li> <li>Ensure strong handoffs from Sales → Solutioning → Delivery to eliminate ambiguity</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks and dependencies</li> <li>Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure capacity and delivery feasibility alignment</li> </ul> <div><strong>4. Customer Leadership &amp; Escalation Management</strong></div> <ul> <li>Act as the senior escalation owner for critical accounts and delivery risks</li> <li>Build strong relationships with customer leadership and enterprise stakeholders</li> <li>Lead SteerCo and governance forums, representing Anchanto’s delivery position</li> <li>Ensure transparent communication, expectation setting, and trust-building</li> </ul> <div><strong>5. Delivery Transformation &amp; Scale</strong></div> <ul> <li>Drive initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, automation, and use of AI in operations</li> <li>Continuously improve tools, processes, and delivery frameworks</li> <li>Build a scalable delivery engine to support multi-region, high-growth demand</li> <li>Identify opportunities to reduce cost-to-serve and improve margins</li> </ul> <div><strong>6. Team Leadership &amp; Capability Building</strong></div> <ul> <li>Build and lead a high-performing Delivery organization</li> <li>Coach Delivery Managers to operate as owners, not coordinators</li> <li>Drive accountability, ownership, and customer-first culture</li> <li>Own hiring, capability development, and succession planning</li> </ul> <div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;12–16 years in Delivery / Professional Services / SaaS implementations, with 6–8+ years in leadership roles</li> <li><strong>Domain Expertise:</strong>&nbsp;eCommerce, OMS/WMS, supply chain, integrations, or enterprise SaaS</li> <li><strong>Delivery Scale:</strong>&nbsp;Proven experience managing multi-region, high-ARR delivery portfolios</li> <li><strong>Governance:</strong>&nbsp;Experience building delivery frameworks, PMO maturity, and execution models</li> <li><strong>Tools:</strong>&nbsp;Strong working knowledge of ClickUp/Jira, project tracking, and reporting systems</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong>&nbsp;Experience engaging CXOs and enterprise customers</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;Engineering / Business / Supply Chain (MBA preferred)</li> </ul> <div><strong>Key Competencies</strong></div> <ul> <li>Strong ownership mindset (business + delivery)</li> <li>Ability to drive predictability and control in complex environments</li> <li>Deep understanding of delivery operations, risk, and execution models</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making under ambiguity</li> <li>Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management</li> <li>Data-driven approach to portfolio management and prioritization</li> <li>Ability to scale teams and systems, not just manage projects</li> </ul> <div><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></div> <ul> <li>Predictable delivery with high on-time go-live rates</li> <li>Improved revenue realization and forecast accuracy</li> <li>Reduced escalations and faster resolution cycles</li> <li>Strong governance with clear visibility of risks and bottlenecks</li> <li>High-performing, scalable delivery teams</li> <li>Improved customer satisfaction and retention</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
