Here’s what you’ll take charge of:</p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="2">Craft and execute innovative strategies to <strong data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="64">lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels</strong>, ensuring Engine stays ahead in the industry.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to&nbsp;<strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="64">act as the "connective thread" between Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Revenue Operations to align plan designs and quotas</strong> and deliver seamless experiences for our customers.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2">Lead&nbsp;<strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="26">the governance plan policies, managing true-ups, exceptions, and the terms and conditions of sales contracts</strong> to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.</li> <li data-path-to-node="2">Provide exceptional support and insights to our clients, ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations by&nbsp;<strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="141">serving as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders, translating complex comp data into actionable business insights.</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Bring to Engine:</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>Extensive leadership</strong> years of hands-on experience in <strong>global sales incentive design within the tech/SaaS industry.</strong></li> <li><strong>Skills:</strong> You’re a problem-solver with <strong>top tier analytical skillset: expert-level modeling and the ability to manage large-scale data infrastructure</strong>, and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.</li> <li><strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Bonus points if you’re fluent in <strong>internal systems for seamless rollouts and scalable analytics infrastructure.</strong></li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p data-start="62" data-end="438"><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong data-start="62" data-end="78">Compensation<br></strong></span><br data-start="78" data-end="81">Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
