In population sequencing, Personalis operates one of the largest sequencing operations globally and is currently the sole sequencing provider to Veterans Affairs' Million Veteran Program. This role is responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle, production support operations, and internal/offshore teams while ensuring compliance with healthcare and laboratory regulations, including <strong>HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, FDA (as applicable), and other relevant regulatory standards</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The hiring range for this position is $230,000 to $270,000 per year, which may factor in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
