You'll apply your deep expertise in special education law and inclusive instruction to coach your team, strengthen service delivery, and make a real difference for students and districts across the country. font-size: 10pt;">In this role you will:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage, coach, and develop a team of special education teachers and paraprofessionals, setting clear expectations for instructional quality, caseload management, documentation, and compliance</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor IEP service implementation to ensure instructional fidelity, appropriate accommodations and modifications, and consistent student support across all service models</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure services meet IDEA, Section 504, and ADA requirements; drive compliance readiness and continuous improvement in documentation and service delivery practices</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with district leaders to support implementation, respond to service delivery questions, and contribute to customer-facing conversations about program quality</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Who You Are</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You hold a Master's degree in Special Education or a related field; a Doctorate is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You bring 5-7 years of progressive experience in special education, including at least 2 years managing or leading a team of educators</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You hold state certification or licensure in special education or special education administration (or the equivalent)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are an expert in IDEA, Section 504, ADA, and the federal and state regulations that govern special education service delivery</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a coach at heart: you set clear expectations, give direct and supportive feedback, and genuinely invest in the growth of the educators around you</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have experience building or improving instructional systems and compliance processes within a functional team or program</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
