<p><strong>What you are accountable for:</strong><br>The <strong>Director, Strategy</strong> will lead the global strategic development of integrated marketing programs that drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients, leveraging expertise in <br>marketing strategy, B2B marketing, ABM and brand-to-demand. Reporting into the VP, Strategy, the Director, Strategy will serve as a senior strategic partner, collaborating with <br>cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies and elevate the strategic value Just Global delivers across the marketing spectrum.</p>
<p><strong>What you are responsible for:</strong></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Lead strategic direction across enterprise accounts from discovery to performance optimization. <br>• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, aligning marketing strategies to commercial goals. <br>• Drive integrated strategy development across ABM, demand generation, brand and lifecycle marketing.<br>• Identify and champion opportunities for innovation, insight-led planning, and transformation. <br>• Develop audience and market intelligence frameworks to inform targeting, messaging, and channel strategy. <br>• Convert market and behavioral insights into clear, actionable strategic plans. <br>• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics and media teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks. <br>• Develop insight-driven, differentiated value propositions rooted in audience, market, and competitive understanding. <br>• Collaborate with creative teams to bring propositions to life across campaigns and sales enablement.<br>• Design and oversee ABM strategies across one-one, one-to-few and one-to-many programs.<br>• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), Target Account Lists (TALs), engagement strategies and messaging strategies. <br>• Act as a regional thought leader for ABM strategy, contributing to global ABM centerof excellence efforts. <br>• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies connecting brand awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. <br>• Design programs that accelerate pipeline development and deepen customer engagement. <br>• Guide campaign planning through storytelling, content journeys and channel alignment. <br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective strategic solutions<br>• Lead client workshops and strategic presentations to drive alignment and excellence<br>• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the growth of strategic capabilities across the agency.</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
