This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT® anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve.</p></div><p>The <strong>Director of Therapy and Technology Advancement</strong> serves as a critical bridge between physicians, clinical experience, and product innovation. This leader translates procedural insights, physician feedback, and clinical evidence into improved patient outcomes, enhanced device performance, and future therapy development. Working across Clinical Development, R&amp;D, Medical Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and Global Education, the Director drives continuous learning and innovation by connecting real-world procedural experience with strategic product and therapy advancement initiatives.</p> <p>At Anteris Technologies, you'll be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with aortic stenosis through groundbreaking medical devices. Join us in our mission to revolutionize structural heart solutions.</p> <p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a team responsible for procedural planning, imaging analysis, and complex case support, including bicuspid and valve-in-valve procedures during the PARADIGM trial.</li> <li>Translate screening data and post-procedure feedback into actionable insights that inform patient selection strategies, procedural best practices, and current and future product development efforts.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to facilitate physician focus groups, share procedural learnings, identify emerging trends, and support new clinical and educational initiatives.</li> <li>Lead structured physician and proctor feedback programs, synthesizing procedural insights into prioritized recommendations for R&amp;D, Clinical Development, and Global Education to improve products, training programs, and clinical workflows.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, proctors, and key opinion leaders to evaluate complex cases, identify opportunities for procedural improvement, and establish trusted partnerships that advance therapy adoption and innovation.</li> <li>Serve as a cross-functional leader connecting physician feedback, procedural experience, and clinical insights with R&amp;D, Clinical Development, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Global Education to influence next-generation product development, procedural strategy, and organizational learning.</li> <li>Support dissemination of key clinical and procedural learnings through congress presentations, professional education programs, and internal training initiatives.</li> <li>Partner with R&amp;D to define clinical and procedural requirements for future device platforms, delivery systems, and enabling technologies based on physician feedback, procedural experience, and clinical evidence.</li> <li>Support commercial readiness efforts by identifying procedural adoption barriers and developing strategies that facilitate successful therapy introduction and long-term adoption.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skills, Knowledge, Experience &amp;
