This is a critical leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in U.S. public company equity administration, compensation structures, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring a process-driven mindset, strong understanding of relevant securities laws, and innovative thinking to design, manage, and scale our Total Rewards programs. Strategy and Execution  <ul> <li>Design, manage, and evolve the company's global compensation structure, including executive compensation and bonus plan design. </li> <li>Oversee cash compensation planning, salary structure, market benchmarking, and reward strategies. </li> <li>Prepare relevant Board of Directors and Compensation Committee materials, including compensation recommendations, data analysis, and equity program updates. </li> <li>Implement best practices for performance management systems, including structured performance reviews and goal-setting frameworks. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Benefits and Wellness Programs  <ul> <li>Lead the strategy, execution, and management of employee benefits and wellness programs across all locations. </li> <li>Evaluate and recommend benefits
