<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are seeking two onsite dispatchers to work in our Ogden office.</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The <strong><em>Dispatcher</em></strong> is responsible for coordinating and dispatching Service Technicians to customer locations, managing service calls, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of automation services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-oriented approach.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Compensation is $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Coordinate and Dispatch Technicians:</strong> Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to customer locations based on service requests and urgency.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Customer Interaction:</strong> Take customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Communication:</strong> Ensure technicians have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Record Keeping:</strong> Maintain accurate records of service calls, appointments, and customer information.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Routing:</strong> Optimize routes for technicians to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Problem Resolution:</strong> Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Reporting:</strong> Assist in preparing reports related to job status, daily activities, and dispatched calls.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work with the management team to forecast scheduling needs based on seasonal changes or customer demands.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience:</strong> 1-2 years of prior experience in dispatching or customer service roles, preferably in the HVAC/building automation or construction industries.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Familiarity with building automation controls systems and terminology is a plus.</span></li>
</ul>
