About the role
Job description Due to our growth, we are seeking a Dispatcher to join our Boston Standard team! The HVAC CSR/Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm/8am-5pm
